Humanity as a consciousness has begun to move into the seventh ray influence of synthesis. The shift from the individual’s perceived value of any form for self gain to its usefulness in a group endeavor (one consciousness) will evolve perfection of form for selfless service to humanity and the One Life. This evolution begins without attachment to said form and this Ceremony of Life is the aim of our new civilization. Unity of purpose in consciousness and an aim toward an out-picturing harmony and beauty contained within the new forms that give appearance to the new civilization, are a result of the working out of certain Laws. The Law of Group Progress and the Law of Sacrifice are foundational to the new seventh ray civilization. The Law of Repulse also has its influence. These Laws are stepped down to enable the influence and right direction of the Second Divine Cosmic Ray of Love-Wisdom.
Right use of the group economy is based upon the principles of sharing, supply and demand, and democratic participation within the One Life. These influences will govern decisions within this new age civilization. The conscious soul incarnate is aware at will of those potencies that become the precipitating influences. These influences will become the out-picturing appearances which humanity considers every-day life and affairs. The Soul-infused persona influenced by the Monad, and the good law is causal to its sphere of influence. This unit, a conscious part of the One Life of which it is a vital part, expresses that overshadowing Plan into Intelligent Activity. This expression is an automatic response via its focus, to the flow of extra-planetary energies being stepped down in service to the Christ Plan for Humanity via right ceremony.
The initiate consciousness functioning under the Law of Supplementary Seven as a part of the One Life and yet unified with the consciousness of our Planetary Logos wields those influences in that time and place as needed. These potencies are intuited from a held focus and inspired by the Plan held in solution. Potencies produce precipitation for the purpose of redeeming of planetary substance. Redemption frees or unbinds human consciousness through manifesting those new forms for this coming civilization. Leadership in the new age is related to the use of a functional group Antahkarana. This functionality is the vertical connection to the overshadowing pure Truth of Christ so to speak, as well as its social or horizontal magnetic field of attraction. Consciousness therein uses a radiatory light expansion within the three worlds of human endeavor to evoke those next evolutionary steps in Divine Law and Order.
The new culture influencing and directing the new civilization will emerge from that New Group of World Servers in their seed groups. These new seed groups functioning under the new synthesis will endeavor to work with said influences, impacts, reactions to enable a healing that the synthesis itself will manifest in Divine Law and Order. A key to the new culture will be in its educational focus on the consciousness of the group alignment to Plan and ceremony of such for world good. The greater group always includes the individual. An understanding of the constitution of man and the method of building the antahkarana for the individual and group will come to the forefront of the educational process.
The Divine Relationship our planet and its consciousness have within the evolutionary process of the Cosmos will yet be revealed. This resulting revelation requires the building of a soul mind-brain alignment via the process of meditation, and the utilization of the sciences of impression and embodiment into a rhythmic control for world good. This divine circulatory flow from such high extra planetary triangles of cosmic influence such as the Avatar of Synthesis, Solar Logoi, and the Buddha are put into Right Use, Right Activity, and Right Planning via the New Group of World Servers. This group is Conscious Soul Incarnate within that One Life. Our Planetary Logos will then take that next evolutionary step within the ordered cosmos, as earth becomes a sacred planet.
